Our Mummy & Me Yoga class offers a nurturing space for new mothers to rebuild strength, find calm, and share precious moments with their little ones. Through gentle postnatal yoga flows, breath work, and mindful movement, you’ll support your body’s recovery while fostering connection and relaxation for both you and your baby.
Each class focuses on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength, easing tension in the neck, shoulders, and back, and promoting emotional balance during the postpartum journey. Babies are welcomed into the practice — whether resting, feeding, or joining in on simple stretches and songs.

Suitable for: Mums from 6 weeks postpartum (or once cleared for exercise) and babies up to crawling age.
