Notice of By-Election
Mill Bay Waterworks District is sad to announce that Brook Adams, a trustee of eight (8) years is stepping down effective immediately. All of us at Mill Bay Waterworks District thank Brook for his years of service. Brook’s knowledge of the waterworks and insight will be missed.

As our Board of Trustees is required by our Letters Patent to have a total of five (5) active trustees we will be holding a by-election on May 22nd in the Fieldhouse room in the Foote Athletic Centre at Brentwood College. The trustee position available will be for the remainder of this year’s term and up for re-election at the 2026 AGM (approximately 11 months).

MBWD asks that candidates put their names forward who wish to run for the trustee position available. MBWD would like to remind candidates that they will also require a nominator from the floor.

The door will open at 5pm for registration.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone attend.
