Mindfulness Meditation Midweek Reset !!!
If you haven’t tried it, here’s your chance. Join me for a short talk on what Meditation is and what Meditation isn’t. There are no rules. This is a safe space to join with other like-minded individuals. What to expect:
* gentle movement to release the energy of the day
* an introduction to what mindfulness/ Meditation
are.
* a short breath work practice to settle into our
bodies
* a 20 minute guided meditation
* journaling prompts
* sharing circle at the end if you feel called to do so
