A nourishing retreat day filled with aromatherapy, good food, with a very gentle walk to see the local views, followed by relaxing yoga.
This day will give you the opportuinty to learn how to blend essential oils, with their properties & uses. Then to make your own personalised blend to take home.
Lunch will be at the lovely Farm Table Restaurant at Darts Farm. (Lunch and table water is inculded in the price).
We will then go for a gentle walk after lunch around Darts Farm, before heading over to Kiva & Zen for our afternoon aroma yoga relaxation.
The whole day is curated to nourish your mind and soul. With a goodie bag to go home with so the nourishment doesn't have to stop when you leave!
