Guided Hike: MST- Little Sam to Flat Laurel Loop

Beginning on the Mountains-to-Sea Trail, this hike winds through changing terrain, including fragrant spruce forests, rugged stretches, and refreshing waterfall views. With about 957 feet of elevation gain spread across the loop, the route delivers steady climbing without being overwhelming, making it a great choice for hikers ready to put in some miles while enjoying plenty of scenic reward.
