All ticket sales are final. VIVIFY does not offer refunds for any reason, including cancellations or no-shows. Unless Vivian is unable to teach or an out of control situation, or class is to be rescheduled more than 90 days all tickets will be transferred.

If the class is postponed or rescheduled, all tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date. Attendees will be notified promptly with the updated event details.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual. Please notify us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the class with the new attendee’s full name and contact information.
