Meet the Growers: Brian & Valarie Melton of ProFig
Based in Fresno, CA, Brian and Valarie launched ProFig in 2019 and have since become known for their incredible selection of over 200 fig varieties — all grown organically and with deep commitment to flavor and sustainability.
