With full hearts and deep appreciation, we invite you to join us in celebrating the life and legacy of Coleman Young Head Jr. — a beloved husband, father, friend, and bluesman whose music and spirit left a lasting mark on all who knew him.
This special event will showcase Coleman’s incredible musical journey, featuring songs throughout his musical career, with performances by friends, bandmates and some of the finest blues legends he collaborated with throughout his career, including Grey Gregson, Jon Eben, Phil Wimer, Jeff Bowman, J Van Horn, and more. They will perform not only Coleman’s own music but also beloved covers that he would often perform, creating a powerful tribute to his artistry and spirit.
This celebration will be filled with music, stories, and memories that honor the legacy of a man who gave so much to the blues and to all who were fortunate enough to hear his music. We hope you can join us to remember, reflect, and celebrate Coleman’s life through the songs he loved.
