ASP @ CCPL: World Tai Chi and Qigong Day with David Burch, Energy Center

World Tai Chi & Qigong Day is a global event where people across the globe practice Tai Chi and Qigong together at 10 am in their time zone to promote health, healing, and mindfulness.

I am thrilled to invite you to a complimentary live session on Saturday, the 26th of April, starting at 9 am, where we'll engage in deep breathing, fluid movements, and achieve balance together through the practice of Tai Chi and Qigong. By 10 am we will be in flow with everyone else practicing in our time zone.

Tai Chi and Qigong offer numerous benefits, including improved flexibility, enhanced balance, reduced stress, and better overall mental and physical health. By participating in this session, you'll be taking a step towards a more mindful, healthier lifestyle.

You don't have to know Tai Chi or Qigong to join in. These are simple exercises and I'll lead in a follow-me style where you simply mirror my movements.
