Sound Healing for Deep Relaxation

A restorative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, drum, gong and meditative guidance to quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system. This session invites deep rest, energetic release, and reconnection with the body’s natural rhythm. Open to all levels—no movement required.
What to bring: Thicker Yoga mat, pillow and blanket (it gets chiller in the evening and we are outside).
