Yin Yoga & Sound Bath

Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of crystal bowls, the didgeridoo, the handpan and other instruments played by the talented Mat Smith, as you journey into a state of profound calm and balance. Perfect for all levels, no prior yoga experience required. Rejuvenate your mind, body, and spirit in this serene, candlelit, meditative setting!

What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Eye pillow (optional)

We will provide a bolster, a yoga blanket and blocks.
