Sally Turnbull’s Celebration of Life will be held in conjunction with our Annual Party, September 20th, starting at 4:00. It originated as Sally’s birthday party and continued as long as it wasn’t her birthday party anymore. Anyone who knew her, knew she’d want us partying and jamming together for her instead of mourning. All musicians and friends that knew her and want to help celebrate an incredible friend, please show up. DM me for questions.
The usual, pot luck, live music 🎶, open jam/ open mic, pool table, room for tents and RVs. BYOB. Of course the gummies that are now legal.
This party is dedicated to Sally Turnbull, Bob and Colleen (Crowleen) Krogh who have crossed over to next world, and are jamming in heaven. Bob, who was a talented musician for a half a century in the Sandstone area. He was also a founding member of our house band. Colleen was a treat to have around. She was intelligent, had a green thumb and loved gardening. They cared for each other throughout good and bad times. We will be toasting them and sharing stories.
Come enjoy the fun. Now’s the year to finally come if you’ve ever thought about showing up before and didn’t.
