As crystal bowls, subtle instruments, and spacious silence weave together, sound becomes a bridge into the subconscious, allowing intentions to land deeply and effortlessly. This practice supports stress relief, emotional integration, and deep renewal—often described as the equivalent of several hours of sleep.
No experience is needed. Simply lie down, get comfortable, and receive.
This is a journey of surrender, where rest becomes medicine and stillness becomes a doorway inward.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and anything else you need to be comfortable laying down. If needed you may also sit in a chair!
