All yogis are welcome, rather this is your first class or you've been practicing for years. 

During the yoga flow, Felicia will weave the soothing vibrations of crystal sound bowls, chimes, and other melodic instruments throughout the session. These sounds are carefully guided to harmonize with your breath and movement, helping release tension, calm the nervous system, and balance your energy. As you flow through poses, the gentle resonance supports deeper relaxation, enhances mindfulness, and amplifies the healing energy of the Reiki-infused practice. Participants often feel a profound sense of inner clarity, openness, and energetic alignment by the end of the session.
