The Clinton Massacre 150th Anniversary Commemoration: Gather at the Marker

On September 4, 1875, racist violence erupted at a community picnic, leading to the deaths of unknown numbers of African Americans in the months that followed. 150 years later, we commit ourselves to learn from the past, to honor those who lost their lives, and to do better in the future.

Join us at the historical marker for remembrance and reflection, with special guest Senator Hillman Frazier.
