About the Band:
The Wasperjaws, a four-piece from upstate South Carolina, craft a quirky blend of Americana and heartfelt storytelling they call “in-law country.” Their ten-track 2022 debut, Nine Good Songs, even earned a shoutout from Scott Avett of The Avett Brothers. With clever lyrics, nostalgic melodies, and just enough sadness to keep it real, they weave humor and heart into every tune. Their live shows feel like intimate backyard jams—full of harmonies, laughter, and songs that stick with you.
