Schedule of Events
8:00 - 8:30am - Welcome & Moment of Silence
8:30 - 10:30am - Complete Challenge
10:30 - 11:00am - Cool Down & Awards

Challenge includes running, pull-ups (v-ups optional), push-ups, and squats! Water and light refreshments will be available. Person who finishes challenge first will receive a free YMCA t-shirt!

The Murph Challenge is the official annual fundraiser of the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation, presented by Forged®. It is also one of the primary means of funding for the Foundation on an annual basis. This challenge is in honor of Lt. Murphy, US Navy Seal, who died in the line of duty in Afghanistan.
