Life After Loss - Grief Support Group

Vitt is a Certified Grief Coach and Psychology major with a
deep, unwavering passion for guiding others through the
complex journey of loss and healing.

After the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Vitt faced the raw
reality of grief — the loneliness, the emotional chaos, and the
sense of being untethered in a world that had suddenly changed.

She quickly realized how isolating grief can be, especially when the world seems to move on while you're still piecing your heart back
together.
