Each December, we host our Christmas Cheer Event, where children and their families enjoy a joyful day filled with:
Horseback riding, games, and family activities at a local horse ranch
A warm lunch and holiday treats from The Parched Poppy Drink Truck
Visits with Santa, who delivers gifts to every child
Cozy jackets and a full turkey meal for families to prepare at home
Festive family photos printed and framed as a keepsake
To make this event possible, we need your support. The club aims to purchase jackets for the kids, food for approximately 125 people, desserts, turkey dinner baskets for families to make on Christmas, and decorations.

In addition to financial support, we welcome volunteers to help on the day of the Christmas Cheer Event—whether it’s setting up, serving lunch, guiding families through activities, or helping Santa spread holiday magic.
We need help in the following areas on Sunday, December 21, at Broken Horn Arena, 12279 Mankato Rd., Clint, TX 79836. The event is from 12 pm to 4 pm, but volunteers should plan to arrive at 10 am.
Volunteer Roles
*Goodie Station – Help set up and serve hot cocoa, pastries, and treats
*Photo Booth Team – Take family photos, stage poses, print photos, and assemble keepsake frames
*Family Check-In – Greet and check in families as they arrive
*Gift & Jacket Distribution – Help organize and distribute jackets and gifts
*Games Area – Guide families and help children rotate through games
*Craft Station – Assist kids with simple Christmas crafts and hand out holiday books
*Lunch Helpers – Help serve lunch and keep the area organized
Event Flow Volunteers – Help guide families and support where needed throughout the day
