The journey begins with sunset paddle board yoga and a firelit intention-setting circle. Saturday features a mindful morning hike along the Palisade Rim Trail, a charcuterie board lunch, a curated afternoon wine tour through local vineyards, and dinner at a local favorite establishment. Evenings invite reflection by the fire and time to paddle or unwind under the stars. The retreat concludes with gentle morning movement, heartfelt journaling, and a gratitude circle to carry the weekend’s peace with you. Come reconnect with nature, community, and your inner flow.
