A full moon occurs when the moon is directly opposite the sun, allowing us to see its entire illuminated face in the night sky. This is an ideal time to participate in a sound bath or a singing bowl session. The full moon acts as a cosmic spotlight, bringing clarity and marking moments of completion in our lives. It is a time when energy peaks and things come to fruition.
This bright phase of the lunar cycle brings powerful energy for celebrating achievements, completing projects, manifesting desires, reflecting on the past, letting go of negativity, and celebrating personal growth. It’s an opportune moment for self-expression and pursuing creative projects.
Each phase of the moon—from the dark New Moon to the radiant Full Moon—carries its own unique energy that can influence our moods, intuition, and desires. Similarly, singing bowls emit distinct frequencies that interact with our body's vibrations. When we combine the energy of the moon with that of the bowls and our internal vibrations, magical experiences can occur!
