Do you love bowling and have a heart for bringing hope and confidence to hurting children around the globe? If your answer is yes then you will love our Bowl-a-thon.
The Yaqar Bowl-a-thon is a fun event designed to raise funds for The Yaqar Project and give people an opportunity to be involved. The funds raised are critical for keeping the project's vision alive.
How does it work?
Get a team together of 5 people to bowl. Each team is $150, this covers 1 hour of bowling, shoe rental, event t-shirt, and tons of fun! In addition to coming out on Thursday, June 12th to bowl we ask that our teams help to raise funds on behalf of The Yaqar Project.
You can raise these funds however you like but one way we have made it easier is by creating a raffle you can sell tickets for. Each ticket is $5. For every $25 of additional funds an individual raises will get them an entry in the raffle as well. For every $250 a team raises, the whole team will receive an extra entry in the raffle.
Current Raffle Items: Airfare for a Yaqar Project trip (up to $1000), 2 Dollywood Tickets, Soaky Mountain Waterpark Tickets, Lake Winnie Tickets, Solo Stove (Mesa), Stadium Blankets, Gift Cards of various amounts.
