Due to the nature of this event, this one is just for the mums - so please organise care for any little ones that you may need to so that you can come, relax, and receive the full benefits of the session.
These events book out and often have a wait list, so please let Talia know if you register but are unable to make it so that we can offer the spot to another mum who needs this.
