The Wise, Wild & Well series is designed for women navigating the busy, beautiful, and sometimes messy seasons of life. Each 2.5-hour gathering blends practical wellbeing tools, guided reflection, and supportive group connection in a warm, welcoming space on the Redlands Coast.
You can attend a single workshop, choose a few that speak to you most, or join the full series to experience the unfolding journey from clarity and resilience to joy, compassion, and rest.
