Tuesday Morning Walking Club

Lace up your shoes and meet in the community room on Tuesday Mornings at 9am! We will gather for some words of wisdom, warm up, and walk together from the library and then stretch and cool down!

Itinerary:

9:00-9:05am– Meet, Sign Waivers, Sign In

9:05-9:10am – Talk about health benefits of walking/exercise

9:10-9:15pm – Stretch

9:20-9:50am – Walk

9:50-9:55am – Cool Down Stretch
