What to expect in the Calm Hour session:
- An opening meditation to relax and ground you in the space
- An introduction to your facilitators background and techniques
- A somatic regulation exercise to reduce muscle tension
- Psycho-education and group reflection to empower you in your own practice
- Deep listening skills to connect with others in the group
- A closing meditation to bring it all together
After an hour of listening, sharing and getting our nervous systems regulated, we will journey through a one hour Yin Yoga class, as detailed below.

Vin Yin Yoga offers the perfect blend of movement and stillness. The class begins with a slow, flowing Vinyasa sequence to build warmth, strength, and flexibility, followed by grounding Yin postures held for longer periods to release tension and promote deep relaxation. This balanced practice is ideal for those seeking both energising flow and restorative stillness.
