This is a cookOWt, so you know that we will need your assistance with certain items, such as Food, (hamburgers, hotdogs, buns, salads, sides dishes) Beverages, (water, soda, juice, and ice) Paper Products (plates, napkins, forks, spoons, cups, tablecloths) Miscellaneous Items (hand sanitizer, bug spray, charcoal, lighter fluid, trash bags, coolers) If you would please indicate what you would like to bring below. Anything you can do to assist would be greatly appreciated.
We are also taking dessert donations of cupcakes, cakes, chips, cookies... any snack-related items as well as side items such as salads (potato, tossed, and pasta), baked beans, green beans, mac & cheese...or any side item related food.
Again, please let me or one of the other administrators know if you would like to make a food donation, I will need you to list the item(s) on the event wall below that you're planning to bring..
