Drawing on years of research in the trenches of Cleveland libraries, boarded-up high schools, secret, private collections, and a love of comic books, Brad Ricca is an expert on the amazing adventures of Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster, the Glenville buddies who created Superman. During this Cleveland Stories panel, Ricca will explain Superman’s historical, social and cultural significance by tracing his beginnings and the society in which he was created.
