Sourdough Introductory Class

Join the introductory class to learn the essentials of sourdough baking. Ideal for those interested in starting a sourdough journey! We will cover each step of bread making: starter, dough, stretch and folds, shaping, proofing, and baking. Each participant takes home a jar of starter, recipe card, and a fresh loaf of bread. Hosted at the farm. Participants can meet and interact with the horses, goats, and chickens before and after class. Other sourdough baked goods are available for sampling and sale. Refreshments available during class time: sweet tea, lemonade, water. Class is held indoors.
