Set firm verbal and physical boundaries. Defend yourself and bring your attacker to the ground. Get away and reach safety.

This FREE workshop is open to ages 13+, no experience needed. Please wear athletic clothes (no metal zippers) and be barefoot or wear grip socks on the mat. Please note that a mandatory waiver must be signed upon entry for all participants. This workshop is brought to you by The Investigative Foundation in collaboration with Leviathan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy.
