Our Rooted Under the Full Moon events blend gentle yoga and meditation with holistic wellness experiences, including:

Our Manifest-Station where you can create your own herbal spell jar or intention craft

Aromatherapy with thoughtfully selected essential oils to enhance relaxation and clarity

Complimentary herbal tea and coffee bar to nourish and ground you throughout the evening

Each session is designed to align with the unique energy of the month’s full moon, supporting reflection, release, and renewal.
