Herbology

Herbology is a welcoming, educational class series designed to build foundational herbal knowledge while encouraging a deeper relationship with plants, seasons, and mindful self-care.

Each class explores herbal topics such as plant safety, traditional uses, preparations, energetic qualities, and ways to thoughtfully incorporate herbs into daily life. Classes may include discussion, demonstrations, and simple hands-on learning to support confidence and curiosity in herbal wellness.
