With a combined 46 years of experience as functional movement specialists and structural balancing practitioners, their keen attention to detail will provide you with a pleasant challenge and promote transformation.

This boutique-style movement class is designed to complement your bodywork and prepare you for safely participating in any yoga class. It is open to beginners who wish to learn healthy movement patterns, clients focused on re-patterning as part of their functional homework, and anyone who feels less comfortable than they should when moving.
