FREE Self Defense Workshop

Self Defense: Build Awareness. Learn Techniques. Be Prepared.

1️⃣ Set firm verbal and physical boundaries.
2️⃣ Defend yourself and bring your attacker to the ground.
3️⃣ Get away and reach safety.

This FREE workshop is open to ages 13+, no experience needed. Please wear athletic clothes (no metal zippers) and be barefoot or wear grip socks on the mat. Please note that a mandatory waiver must be signed upon entry for all participants. This workshop is brought to you by The Investigative Foundation in collaboration with Leviathan Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy.
