Common Threads Dance Concert - Presented by Cleveland Public Theatre

Join us for an evening of contemporary dance at Cleveland Public Theatre in Ohio City's Gordon Square District. Enjoy all that the Cleveland Dance Scene has to offer as you watch choreography presented by local choreographers and dancers from Northeast Ohio. Get ready to be moved and inspired by this split bill from artists Christina Lindhout and Blissed Out Movement Collective.

Christina Lindhout & Artists presents "our knees hurt," a performance about female-identifying bodies and what it means to have one. The work explores the enduring fight for autonomy, self-worth, and dignity.

Blissed Out Human Collective brings us "Unravel," a mesmerizing sequence of movement vignettes about building, unraveling, and repair. Combining contemporary dance with crochet, dancers will move through yarn-constructed landscapes, weave creations with their bodies, and ultimately pull everything to pieces.
