Boulder Shoulders: A Shoulder Stand Class

Struggling with your shoulder stands? Lemme hold yer butt!

In this workshop we will start with pole assisted progression to get you finding that sweet spot for balance before we take them to free-standing.

Whether you stick with pole or progress to free-standing, we’ll have oh-so-many progressions and variations because ya’ll know Corinne and her love of weird moves!

So come absolutely wreck your shoulders and learn some new weird floorwork while you’re at it!

No prior pole or floorwork experience required; all levels welcome!

This class is $21 or 4 tokens, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
