Blind Tasting Class

This Sunday’s Class will feature Sparkling wines!
You know we love a good Champagne Method bubbly but what if we compared them blind to Charmat method and Ancestral method? Do you know these terms for sparkling wines? You'll learn all about them during class and pick out your favorite methods - or do the bubbles all taste the same?
You will taste 6 wines along with a beautiful charcuterie spread and expert instruction by Kelly Cornett, host of the award winning "A Cork in the Road" podcast.
