First, Devale L. Simmons is a respected Corporate Consultant, Certified Lead Auditor, Author, and Speaker, and the Founder of ilife Global Solutions, LLC, a premier consulting and auditing firm specializing in operational excellence and sustainable growth. Devale leads strategic initiatives for over 170 corporations and small businesses throughout the Unitied States, Canada, Japan Mexico, UK and Italy. Mr Simmons has a BA in Business Management from Prairie View A&M University, Devale is certified in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. Mr Simmons has long been a respected figure in faith-based leadership. He has served as Youth Pastor and Overseer for three of Houston's Mega churches bringing vision, strategy, and spiritual leadership to thousands of families and young people. DeVale has been featured on Good Morning America, Good Morning L.A., CNN, MSNBC, The OWN Network, BET, MTV, TMZ, TBM and Spike TV. Second, I would like to introduce Dr. Jeffery Bankhead the CEO of Pivotal Approach 360(PA360), a consulting firm dedicated to advancing nonprofit success through expert grant writing, grants management, federal contracts and mid-sized organizations to secure funding, streamline operations, and build sustainable programs that address pressing community needs. His leadership has helped numerous nonprofits grow their impact, strengthen compliance, and align with state and federal funding priorities. His leadership with DHL & NIH includes managing $500 million in cancer research initiatives, $25 million in climate change and environmental health programs, $10 million in women's health research and $30 million for national health data collection and analysis. Dr Bankhead currently serves as a Professor at Adler University in Chicago, IL, where he helps shape the next generation of public health and professionals. Ground in a personal mission to advance equity through infrastructure and access, Dr. Bankhead empowers underserved communities to build resilience, expand opportunity, and achieve sustainable impact. As an executive, educator, and advisor, he specializes in organizational capacity building , policy development, and community-based program implementation. His deep expertise in grants management and strategic consulting has made him a trusted partner to organizations navigating complex funding environments and regulatory requirements. Dr. Bankhead holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology frome Georgia State University and earned both his Master of Public Health and Doctor of Health Science from A.T. Still University.
