About the event

Mindfulness Group

Join us to explore the calming meditative exercizes of mindfulness. Lead by Suzanne Rusnak who is a Licensed Social Worker and for ten years she was the Coordinator of Mindfulness Programming for University Hospitals Connor Whole Health, and has taught mindfulness in universities, hospitals, corporations, and schools. Registration is required and opens two weeks before the class.
