Time for You - Self-care afternoon with Sound & Connection - JUST 3 SPACES REMAINING

This afternoon is all about YOU - we will come together in a small group (maximum 10) to enjoy 2 hours of sound, meditation, connection and refreshments. This will be more personal than the group Gong Immersions as I will be offering individual attention to each of you to enable you to really feel the healing vibrations of the Tibetan bowls and tuning forks as they are placed on the body during the Sound Bath. I will also be taking you on a journey with the Shamanic drum and voice to allow you to drop deeply within and set intentions for yourself. We will finish our afternoon coming together in circle with herbal teas/hot drinks and homemade snacks with time for reflection and connection 💗
I will provide yoga mats but please bring covers and pillows/cushions to build your own little ‘nest’ to be as comfortable as you can be! Please wear comfortable clothes to allow for a little gentle movement and bring some water to keep hydrated. You may also wish to bring a notebook and pen.
Start time is 2.30 and doors will be open from 2.15pm to arrive and get settled.
