#SLAPPERS Mock Race @ LLSP

We're wrapping up Augusta 70.3 Training with a Mock Race at LLSP! This is a great training session to work on transitions & prep for race weekend!!

Suggested Mock Race Distances:
**1 mile swim
**25-35 mile bike
**5-7 mile run

Timeline:
8:00am LLSP gates open

8:30am Race Start Time (at beach parking lot)

Meet at the beach/picnic/swimming area parking lot.
Bring all racing gear!
Coach Sara will deliver instructions.

ALL #SLAPPERS are invited to come to LLSP for a Mock/Practice Race as we send off our Augusta athletes with well wishes for a great race! We’ll have the Swim Course set up, Transition Racks in place, Water Aid Station ready to assist, Finisher Prize, etc! It’s a great training day for ALL #SLAPPERS, even if you aren’t Augusta bound! Let's send them off with lots of support & CHEERS!
