Yoga + Community

1hr all-levels Yoga and Mobility Class followed by community, connection and conversation with old friends and new friends.

$12 for yoga + a beverage (non-alcoholic available)
Beginners welcome and encouraged.

What to bring:
•A mat (I have a few extras if needed)
•Water (especially when it's hot)
•An open mind
•Your authentically beautiful self


Class is rain or shine (inside space available when needed)
