What: 9/11 Memorial Ruck
When: Saturday, Sept 6 at 10:00am
Where: Tanglewood Park

WHAT TO BRING
-A rucksack or backpack
-Weight: whatever amount you want. You are welcome to carry no weight.
-Hydration and nutrition

WHAT TO EXPECT
-PT consisting of squats, deadlifts, military press, using body weight or rucksack weight
-3 miles of rucking on asphalt/multi-use path
- Sharing your 9/11 story or the story of a 9/11 hero

We will meet in the grass beside the paved parking lot that is across from the dog park. Free parking is available at the dog park gravel parking lot and the asphalt parking lot across from the dog park. See map in comments.
