EFT, Emotional Freedom Techniques is a complementary/alternative technique that is used all over the world to relieve a variety of physical as well as emotional pain. It’s done by tapping on acupuncture points, as you focus on a pain or event that is disturbing to you or makes you feel bad.

Come join us and learn how simple it can be to relieve and release pain. We will have one demonstration after another with those of you present, so you can see and actually participate in the process, if you choose to.
