๐ฆ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฑ)Season 2, we feature ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ณ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ต ๐ฅ๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐๐น๐ต๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐บ, who grew up in a silat family and trained in Indonesia and Kelantan to deepen his practice in silat and dikir barat. Once a member of the Singapore Malay boyband 2D, he now produces music, broadcast content, and stage shows to give back to his community. Joining him is ๐๐ฟ๐๐ป๐๐ถ๐๐ต๐ฎ, a goddess-worshipping performance artist and writer who blends ritual with art (and maca in her morning cacao). She has performed her poetry at local events including TEDx Singapore and The Performance Theatre, as well as at festivals worldwide, winning slams in New Zealand, Germany, and Australia. In recent years, ArunDithaโs practice has been most influenced by shamanic research, political and feminist discourse, and both contemporary and indigenous poetry.

Exploring the intersectionalities and possibilities of the sonic and physical realms, the performance project aims to promulgate the concepts of improvisation, exploration, experimentation and collision.

Artists are challenged to meet on the afternoon of performance day at 5pm to discuss their strategies (if any) for the evening's improvisation performance at 8pm. The spontaneity of each unique sharing thus underscores its own ephemerality, for makers and viewers.
