Hey everyone please find the information for the cleethorpes big social paddle for October I know it’s an early one but the window for tides and daylight is getting smaller every day now.
This will be a Halloween themed event so please feel free to dress up if you don’t fancy a paddle come support or have a little dip in the water.
The start time on the water will be 8.30am meeting at the rnli station for a briefing and warm up at 8.25am.
Not sure on water temps yet but I would advise on wearing a wetsuit and pfd as autumn temperatures can be a bit unpredictable.
Reef rash will be offering rentals on wetsuits, pfds and boards please phone them to book.
Dogs are allowed back on beach from 1st of October so feel free to bring those paddle dogs I would definitely advise them to wear a pfd though as it can be scary for them if they fall off the board especially if you fall in with them .
I just have to make everyone aware as usual that this is a social meet-up and everyone is accountable for their own safety and equipment.
