Since its inception in 2004, the Clearwater Honor Fest Memorial Day event has grown into a profound expression of gratitude toward those who fought and died for this great Nation. It symbolizes a communal effort to acknowledge their sacrifices through a series of activities. This day of honor, remembrance, and community spirit uplifts, inspires, and unites, reflecting our dedication to providing support to Veterans and their families. This event is free and open to the public.

6 p.m.: Vendor area opens and food and beverage served
6:45 p.m.: Official Event Start with Video Presentation
7 p.m.: Opening Ceremony; National Anthem, Presentation of Colors, Guest introductions
7:15 p.m.: - 7:25 PM: Opening Speakers
7:25-7:30 p.m.: Words from our Presenting Sponsor (Grow Financial Federal Credit Union)
7:30-7:40 p.m.: Keynote Speaker (COL Chris Pateras US ARMY Special Forces)
7:40-8:15 p.m.: Tribute Ceremony, Including:
-Opening with Moment of Silence
-Candlelight Vigil
-Reading of “In Our Youth Our Hearts
-Were Touched With Fire” by Oliver Wendell Holmes
-Narration of “We’ve Got the Watch” / Instrumental Accompaniment / Inspirational Performance
8:15-8:25 p.m.: 21-Guns / TAPS / Lower Flag
8:30 p.m.: Event Concludes
