Self Investment Workshop

Join us for a late morning and early afternoon workshop open to our community on a sliding scale donation. This is a sacred opportunity to receive, learn, grow, and connect as you explore the deep union with your body, your spirit, and your sacred self.
Experience a beautiful channel by Alyssa on the topic of sacred union with the self, offering guidance and insight to help you embody this connection fully. Through guided journeys, a sacred cacao ceremony, and reflection exercises, you will connect deeply with your inner wisdom and the intelligence of your body.
Participants will also take home a packet of reading materials and inspiration for continued practice in the comfort of your own home. These tools support ongoing connection, self-discovery, and embodiment of your sacred self.
Embodying union with the sacred self is an invitation to honor your whole being, to nurture the relationship you have with your body and spirit, and to step fully into your power, clarity, and authenticity.

Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
