Stillness of the Earth
Guided Meditative Journey

Step into the grounding and calming energy of late autumn with the Stillness of the Earth Meditation. This guided journey invites you to slow down, connect deeply with the natural rhythms of the season, and find stability within yourself.
Through breathwork, visualization, and mindful awareness, you will be guided to release what no longer serves you, rest in the energy of the earth, and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. This meditation encourages reflection, presence, and reconnection to the grounding support of the Earth.
Come as you are and allow yourself to be cradled by the nurturing energy of the earth as the season shifts toward rest and renewal.
ALL WEDNESDAY EVENTS ARE WALK-IN WELCOME
Guests are encouraged to come in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket if you have one; we supply these items but are limited depending on event attendance. If you are a person who enjoys taking notes on your meditative experiences, we welcome you to bring a journal and writing utensil. There will be a time after the meditation, in which guests will be encouraged to recall and reflect on their encounters.
