Bill Sweatman has been a Certified Aging In Place (CAPS) expert since 2005.
What is CAPS?
Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist, or CAPS, designations are assigned to professionals who undergo specialized training that allows them to recommend property & safety modifications for homeowners who want to remain in their own homes as they age.
Remodel or relocate? Many seniors & their families face these decisions. By prioritizing safety first, many people can stay in their homes longer than they may have anticipated. This saves money, and can provide seniors the continued security they feel by being in their own home.
Bill will talk about safety & accessibility for kitchens & bathrooms, retrofitting the home for walkers & wheelchairs, grab bars, door knobs, solutions for limited budgets, & much more.
